In 2003 Livier graduated from cosmetology school. After graduating she became an assistant at Mosaic Salon working under Ronda Vlinger and continued her education at Vidal Sassoon. In Los Angeles she took a 4 week creative hair cutting class, a 4 week intensive color class and a 2 week barbering class. Livier is now at Allure Salon and is continues to do advanced education.
